Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Say the Date ("we", "us") for using saythedate.com and our apps. By creating an account or replying to an invitation, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Say the Date.

What Say the Date does

Hosts create event invitations, share them with guests, and collect RSVPs. Guests can view an invitation and reply without making an account.

Early access

Say the Date is new and still being built. Features may change, and we may limit who can sign up while we prepare to launch.

Your account

Hosts' responsibilities

Plans and payments

Content and ownership

You own the content you put in your invitations. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share your invitation with, only so we can run the service. Our designs, templates, software and brand belong to Say the Date.

Availability

We work hard to keep Say the Date running and your information safe, but the service is provided "as is". We can't promise it will never be interrupted. We recommend downloading or printing your guest list before your event.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Say the Date is not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by guests, venues, internet providers or other services outside our control. If we are found responsible for a loss, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the event involved.

Ending your account

You can stop using Say the Date at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as Say the Date grows. We will change the date at the top and email hosts about important changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
